* Non-reserved seats are seats that are not assigned in advance and allow you to sit wherever available upon entering the venue.
* Purchased tickets cannot be canceled. Cancellations, refunds, or changes due to customer convenience are not permitted after purchase. VIBENATION 2026 event will be held as scheduled, but may be canceled or changed due to typhoons, evacuation orders from local governments, earthquakes, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. If VIBENATION 2026 is not held, we will provide a full refund of the purchased tickets and system usage fees. In the event of cancellations or changes, we will notify you via this URL or our official social media accounts. Please check the latest information before attending. * Performance content, performance dates, opening and start times, performers, etc. may be subject to last-minute changes. Furthermore, refunds will not be given in the event of changes to performers or performance content.
* The wheelchair area will be set up so that two tickets are allocated for one wheelchair user and one companion. Wheelchair users and those requiring assistance should contact the event contact point two weeks prior to the performance after purchasing their tickets. ＜RESTRICTIONS＞

* Children under 3 years old are free to watch on parent`s lap.
* Children aged 3 and above require a ticket. Up to one child under the age of 3 may sit on an adult's lap while watching the performance (tickets not requited).
However, children under the age of 3 will require a ticket if they require a seat.
* Children under elementary school age may only enter if accompanied by a parent or guardian (a first-year high school student or above).

* Preschool children (under 6 years) are not permitted in the standing area.
* Reserved seats require a fee for children 6 and older.
* Accompanying persons must be accompanied by the ticket purchaser. Accompanying persons must also bring identification.

* Tickets must be purchased through the official sales channels listed on the official website. Admission cannot be guaranteed for tickets purchased through unofficial channels such as Viagogo and Stubhub.

* On the event day, present your electronic ticket, QR code, or paper ticket at the entrance. For electronic tickets/QR codes: Show the screen of your smartphone directly to staff or hold it over the dedicated reader. For paper tickets: Hand your ticket over at the entrance.
